Any new member to sign up for a Coworking membership by January 20, 2017 will receive the following special rates until the first day of spring:

Includes a business mailing address, 5 day passes, and 2 conference room hours per month. Best option if you plan on using the space once a week. Regularly $99 per month.
+ Part Time Membership: $59/mo
Includes a business mailing address, 12 day passes, and 4 conference room hours per month. Best option if you plan on using the space 2-3 times per week. Regularly $199 per month.
+ Full Time Membership: $99/mo
Includes a business mailing address, unlimited access to the space during hours of operation*, and 8 conference room hours per month. Best option if you plan on using the space more than 3 times per week. *Includes the option of 24/7 access to our other locations. *Becomes 20 day passes if the plan is shared. Regularly $299 per month.
All memberships include a plethora of amenities such as high speed wifi, color printing, private phone booths, all you can drink gourmet coffee, networking events, and much more.
Terms & Conditions
This offer is only valid for new members. New members are defined as people that have not had an Oficio membership since January 1, 2016. A setup fee of $45 and the first month's fee ($29 for Some Time, $59 for Part Time, or $99 for Full Time) is required to begin the membership. After March 19, 2017, the membership will return to the normal rate ($99 for Some Time, $199 for Part Time, and $299 for Full Time). Space is limited and this special may end at any time Oficio, LLC sees fit based on the number of available slots.
