Our Boston coworking spaces are designed to be the most productive environment for our members. Whether you need a space to work a few days a month, every day, or a custom membership for your growing team, we have something just for you. Plans start at just $39 per month.
A Variety of Workspaces
With a coworking membership you have an array of seating options when you arrive. Choose from a window seat, standing desk, community table, private workstation, or comfy lounge chair and plug-in for the day.
Memberships include access to any of our coworking spaces, fast and secure wifi, phone booths, private bathrooms, copy/print/fax/scan equipment, gourmet coffee and espresso, filtered hot/cold water, and much more. Additional services are available as well such as a business mailing address, conference room access, or a storage locker.

Oficio offers members the freedom to build their plans from the bottom up, including only what you need. Start with a Some Time or Full Time membership and add in anything else you'll need like a mailing address, conference room hours, 24/7 access, additional users, and more. Monthly plans start at just $39 per month.
+ Day Pass
$30 per day. Don't need a monthly plan? No problem, buy a day pass as needed and get a seat in any of our spaces for a full day during operating hours (does not include use of meeting rooms). To schedule a day pass, click here.
+ Some Time Plan ($39/mo)
$39 per month. Includes 5 day passes per month which can be used at any Oficio coworking location during normal business hours. Add in anything else you'll need such as a mailing address, conference room hours, storage locker, 24/7 access, or additional people on your plan as outlined below.
+ Full Time Plan ($99/mo)
$99 per month. Includes unlimited day passes per month at any Oficio coworking location during normal business hours. Add in anything else you'll need such as a mailing address, conference room hours, storage locker, 24/7 access, or additional people on your plan as outlined below.
+ Mailing Address
Additional $40 per month. Includes a business mailing address with mail handling, secure storage, and notification of deliveries. For a mailing address only plan, click here for more information.
+ Conference Room Hours
Additional $20 per hour per month. Add in conference room hours to your plan at the discounted rate of just $20 per hour for any meeting room with a capacity of 8 people or less. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. The normal member rate for 8 person meeting rooms is $30 per hour when purchased on an as needed basis. To view our conference rooms, click here.
+ Storage Locker
Additional $30 per month. Includes your own storage locker for any overnight storage needs such as a laptop, files, or a comfy pair of shoes. Lock is not provided.
+ 24/7 Access
Additional $50 per month and only available with a Full Time plan. 24/7 access includes a keycard to our 129 Newbury Street, 2nd floor space which can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only exceptions to this are if there are private events being held in the space. This membership also requires a $250 security deposit which is refunded after you turn in your keys as long you did not cause any damage to the space.
+ Authorized Users
Add friends, family, or employees to your plan for discounted rates. This option is only available if you are on a Full Time plan. Each person can be added as a Some Time member for $35 per month or a Full Time member for $95 per month. Additional people on your plan are called "Authorized Users".
